Wheat Belly

Have you heard of this book? I just got it yesterday and started reading it. It's quite the eye opener. If you have food cravings, chronic pain and extra weight that you want to rid yourself of, I strongly recommend reading this book!

I am not even half way through this book but already I am ready to start a wheat free diet. The thought seemed ridiculous to me at first. But it doesn't anymore.

hey charlotte, i dont bake protein bars anymore i buy them. i stumbled upon a brand Aussiebodies and they have mini protein bars - 1.8g carb, 9g protein, 2.9g fat and 100 cals. flavours taste unreal - cookies and cream, strawberry and cream - they dont taste like protein at all. also aussie biggest loser bars in honeycomb - yum. fantastic to have with a cuppa for morning/afternoon snack! only $2.40 each bar
